Updated Reading List Weeks 12 + 13
Based on our discussions in class, the reading list for weeks 12 + 13 have been updated.
One more week of material
Due to ambiguities in the course schedules, we had one week less of content than there are weeks in the semester (or so it seems). I’ve added new readings that will be very relevant for our recent discussions on fuzzing evaluations in week 8, and shifted the rest of the schedule down by a week. The project is now due on Dec 17.
Change in reading list for Oct 22
On 10/22 we’ll discuss a very interesting paper that reflects on the 8 years of software engineering research that builds on Klee, instead of the SAGE paper (which describes Microsoft’s whitebox fuzzer).
First class lecture notes, Discord Link
I’ve just posted my lecture notes from today. I will aim to post my notes after each class. I have also posted an invite link to join a class Discord server on Canvas.
Pre-class Notes
Welcome! I am excited for the semester to begin and for our class to start. Please find a complete listing of the papers that we will discuss in the calendar. Please note that the first day of class is Friday September 10. If you are unable to join in person, a Zoom link is available in Canvas.
Course & Registration Information
Welcome! I am planning to post a complete reading list for this seminar over the next few months (by June/July). If there are any particular topics that you are interested in, please feel free to email me, and I’ll see about fitting them in. In the meantime, please see the syllabus posted on this website for more information.
